These Terms are between you and the Developer only, and not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Photo Resizer - Minify on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including applicable Family Sharing and volume purchasing rights.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases. Subscription titles, durations, pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation terms are shown in the purchase flow and in your App Store subscription settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
The Developer, and not Apple, is solely responsible for maintenance and support, product claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, consumer protection and privacy claims, and any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the Developer's sole responsibility.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
You are responsible for the photos, files, and other content you process with the App and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content. The App performs photo resizing and compression primarily on-device. Output quality and file size may vary depending on the original image, your settings, the selected format, and device conditions. The Developer does not guarantee a specific file size or quality result in every case.
Use of the App must comply with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent platform protections except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
