These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA, which also applies to the App. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The App resizes, compresses, converts, and exports photos selected by the user. Processing is performed primarily on-device. Availability may depend on the device, operating system, permissions, source format, and whether an iCloud photo has been downloaded to the device.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases. Product name, duration, price, renewal terms, trial terms, and other conditions shown in the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase control. Payment, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in the user's App Store account settings.
You retain any rights you hold in the photos and files you process. You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, and consents needed to process, save, or share them, including where they contain another person's image, personal information, or confidential information.
Output quality, dimensions, metadata, and file size vary according to the source image, selected settings, format, and device conditions. The Provider does not guarantee a particular quality or file size. You are responsible for checking output before deleting originals and for making appropriate backups.
You may not use the App in violation of law or third-party rights; bypass security or purchase controls; interfere with the App or related services; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
The Provider may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform changes, or product operation. Material changes will be communicated by a reasonable method where practicable.
The App is provided "AS IS" to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for the Provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the App or these Terms.
